Booking Kaptured by KC is meant to feel simple, intentional, and stress-free. This process is designed to support you from the very beginning—so you feel confident, taken care of, and fully present as your day approaches. From your first inquiry to the final delivery, everything is handled with care, clarity, and intention, allowing you to focus on what truly matters: experiencing your wedding day as it unfolds.

It all begins with an inquiry. Once you reach
out, you’ll receive our wedding content
creation guide with all the details you need to
see if we’re the right fit for your day.

01. INQUIRY

If you’d like, we can schedule a consult call to
talk through your vision, answer questions,
and make sure everything feels aligned
before moving forward.

02. Consult Call 

Your date is officially reserved once the
agreement is signed and a 30% retainer is
received. From there, everything is set and
taken care of.

03. Secure Your Date

A content planning meeting is available if you’d like extra intention and guidance leading into your day. Then, all that’s left is your wedding day where you get to be fully present while I capture it all as it naturally unfolds.
